To ensure the safety of all of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel any boat outing due too unsafe or bad weather conditions, as is the case when temperatures are under 55F or when winds exceed 20mph.

If you would like to cancel your reservation you must at least provide a 14 day notice. Otherwise, cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $100. For cancellations before 48 hours, you will be charged for the full rental amount.

Yes, you may bring anything you would like to eat or drink. However, we ask that you please do not bring red wine.
No, we do not allow guests to keep our boats in the water over night. All rentals must be returned to our location at the scheduled drop off time. We will to do our best to provide you with a boat for the days and times needed.
Unfortunately, we do not sell or provide any ice. However, we can provide you with an empty cooler.
In the interest of safety, we no longer allow guests to drive our boats. Each boat is accompanied by one of our captains and only they are allowed to operate and drive the boat.
No, all children under 13 will need to bring their own appropriately fitted life vest while on the boat.
Yes, you can bring your furry friend. However, we please ask that you keep them off of the seats to prevent their nails from damaging the leather.
No, tubing or any other water sports are not allowed.
Due to safety and liability concerns, water sports such as tubing, water skiing and wake boarding are not allowed at The Party Goat.
No, the use of grills while on the boat is prohibited.
We do are best to be flexible and can pick you up at another location. However, please note that depending on the day, time, and location, the travel time may cut into your rental time.
